Interactive Lectures With World Wind

Written by Chad on February 23rd, 2007

Yet again, Woodse from the World Wind forum is at it again with some more great material. His latest writeup is on how to use World Wind is a lecture environment. He gives some very good information as well as some hints and tips to make your presentation go smoother.

Some of his tips are just good old common sense.

  • Plan what you think you want to show with WW before going in the classroom
  • Make sure you know how to find the locations you want to show
  • Preview the area you want to look at before the class on the same computer you use in the class
  • Don’t move too fast

It is a great writeup and usefull for anyone using World Wind as a lecture tool.
